KATHLEEN S. ANSARI, ESQ.

Kathleen S. Ansari is an attorney with eight years of legal experience which includes four years in private practice, preparing, filing and maintaining trademark registrations and counseling clients on various intellectual property law issues, and three years as corporate counsel to several of the Fujitsu Group Companies, drafting and negotiating business transactions, facilitating the settlement of contractual disputes, and advising on issues related to trademark and other intellectual property law matters. 

Kathleen earned two separate B.A.s in Mathematics and French and an M.A. in Linguistics from the Pennsylvania State University.  Moving then to the West Coast, she earned her law degree from Santa Clara University School of Law, graduating with a specialization in high tech law, where she actively serves as President Elect of the Law Alumni Board as well as a member of the High Tech Law Advisory Board.  Kathleen is admitted to the California Bar and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.

Kathleen currently serves on the Executive Committee of the Santa Clara County Bar Association Solo & Small Firm Practitioners Section.  She is also a member of the High Technology Law Section of the Santa Clara County Bar Association, The American Intellectual Property Law Association, the American Bar Association (Intellectual Property Law and General Practice, Solo & Small Firm Sections), and the American Immigration Lawyers Association.  She also currently serves as Treasurer of the Santa Clara County Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
